Please complete the attached Company Contact Details Update Form and submit it to your Relationship Manager or any CBD Branch.
Kindly ensure the following requirements are provided:
- The form must be signed by the Authorized Signatory as per the bank’s records.
- Copy of the Emirates ID and passport of the Authorized Signatory.
- Copy of the valid Trade License.
- Original and valid Emirates ID of the PRO or representative delivering the documents for acknowledgment and system update.
