The card holder has to send a text from their respective registered mobile number with the Bank as shown:
- The template would be CPIN<space>Last 4 digits of card <space> 4 digits PIN of customer choice without Zeros and repetitive numbers to 4266
Note: This step will replace the old PIN with the New PIN
