Modifying the Administrator Details Print

In case the existing Administrator Details need to be updated, you can follow the steps below. This applies to the following requests:


  • Updating the Name of the Administrator
  • Updating registered Contact Details of Administrator (Mobile / Email)
  • Replacing the Administrator
  • Adding New Administrator


Step 1: Download the iBusiness Amendment Form from iServe by clicking this link: Transaction Banking - Amendment Form 




Step 2: Fill out the form as per the below. All other Sections which are not mentioned below can be left blank.

  • Section 1. Company name

 

  • Section 3.2 : To remove existing admin

  • Section 3.4 Amend Existing Administrator User Details


Step 3: Form needs to be signed by Authorized Signatory/ies and marked with Company Stamp

  • After filling out the form, you can return it to your Relationship Manager or any CBD Branch.
