LOAN SETTLEMENT INITIATION
Landing Screen of initiator post authentication
Step 1 – Click on –“Digital Hub”
Step 2 – Click on – “Initiate Request”
Step 3 – Click on –“Digital Documentation”
Step 4 – Click on – “Loan Drawdowns and Settlements
Step 5 – Click on – “Loan Settlement Request for Trade Loans”
Step 6 – Attach request letter and complete “Request Description” and click on “Proceed” or “Save as Draft” whatever applicable.
Step 7 – Accept T & Cs and click on “Submit” – (Includes notes if any – optional)

LOAN SETTLEMENT APPROVAL
Landing Screen of authorizer post authentication.
Step 1 – Click on “ Transaction Hub”
Step 2 – Click on “Service Request” and select particular item
Step 3 – Click on selected Item, view document and click on “Authorise” or “Reject” transaction.
Step 4 – Click on “Submit” or “Cancel” to proceed.
Final screen post authorizing.
