To send a request for a refund on the CBD wallet, follow these steps:
Step 1: Launch the log in screen of CBD Wallet: https://www.cbd.ae/cbdwallet/#/
- Click on "REQ FOR CBD REFUNDS"
- Enter the "Deposit Sequence number" and "User Id"
- Click on "Submit"
- The details of the deposit will be displayed
- Select the refund type
- Enter the required details
- Click on "Submit"
- The request will be received and processed through the backend. You will receive an SMS/E-mail of your refund request status.
