To self-register for CBD or corporate wallet, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to https://ibusiness.cbd.ae/CIB_Login_Web/Login
- View the “Are you here for CBD Wallet?”
- Click on "Subscribe to CBD Wallet"
Step 2: You will be redirected to the CBD Wallet page tab details
- Click on “REGISTER”
Step 3: Fill in the Identification tab details
- Choose the "Legal Type"
- Enter the company's Trade License number
- Enter the company's name
- Enter the full name of the owner/manager as per the Emirates ID
- Enter the owner/manager mobile number
- Enter the owner/manager e-mail address
- Select if your company has an existing iBusiness (Corporate Internet Banking)
- Click on the "Next" button
Step 4: SMS OTP Verification
- OTP will be sent to your mobile number entered on the previous screen
- Enter the OTP
- Click on the "Next" button
Step 5: Detail Screen
- Fill in the details on the below screen
- Click on "Next
Step 6: E-mail OTP Verification
- An OTP will be sent to your E-mail Address entered on the first screen
- Enter the OTP received in your e-mail and click on "Next
Step 7: Terms and Conditions
- Accept Terms & Conditions
Step 8: Successful Registration Confirmation Message
- A successful registration message will be displayed, mentioning the Account number. To activate your account/user, please visit the nearest CBD Branch to submit the required KYC documents
- KYC documents if your company has an existing iBusiness
- KYC documents if your company does not have iBusiness
