How to Submit an OIC Registration Request? Print

Maker/Single User


Step 1: Log in to iBusiness and click on iManage logo. Afterwards, you will be redirected to the iManage (Global Liquidity and Receivables Solution) Home Page.






Step 2: To start OIC registration request, click on Direct Debit System >> OIC Management - Biller on the left hand side of the screen.

  • Click Add


Step 3: You will be navigated to the Add Originator Identification Code screen.

  • Select the following options from the dropdown (Mandatory fields are marked with Asterisk*):
    • RIM ID – RIM Name
    • Account Number – Account Name
  • Fill in OIC Details including all the tabs (if applicable)
  • Upload all related OIC Documents and click Upload button



Step 4: Once the details are completed, you can click on Save and Submit to complete the process.

  • A confirmation that the OIC Registration request has been submitted successfully for approval - <Reference Number> will appear on top of the screen
  • For single users - A confirmation that the OIC Registration has been self authorized successfully - <Reference Number> will appear on top of the screen


Checker


Step 1: Log in to iBusiness and navigate to Services >> PCM Products then click on the iManage logo. Afterwards, you will be redirected to the iManage (Global Liquidity and Receivables Solution) Home Page.



Step 2: Click on Direct Debit System >> OIC Management - Biller on the left hand side of the screen and then click on Pending Approval.




Step 3: You will be navigated to the Pending Approval OIC page. The system will display the list of Batches for approval.

  • You can either approve a single batch or multiple batches by clicking on the box for each OIC registration request.


Step 4: You can also click on the Unique Reference Number to view the breakdown of the OIC registration request submitted.

  • From here, the Checker has the option to approve, reject or sent for repair the mandate request.
  • If the OIC registration request is sent for repair, it will be returned to the Maker user for modification and re-submission. If the OIC registration is rejected, it will not be available for modification.
  • The Checker can also view the OIC Documents that was uploaded.


 

Step 5: Once the OIC request is selected in the Pending Approval OIC page, click on Approve at the bottom of the page then click Yes on the pop-up prompt.

  • Key in your PIN+Token number and click Continue
  • A confirmation that the OIC has been approved successfully will appear on top of the screen
