Push Notifications – Next Gen CIB (iBusiness Mobile App) Print

Overview

This guide provides step by step instructions for understanding and managing Push Notifications in the iBusiness Mobile App.

Push notifications are used to inform users about transaction activities and approval actions. The notification behavior follows the same subscription logic as email notifications. If a user is subscribed to receive transaction status updates via email, they will also receive push notifications on the mobile app.

Notification Types

Makers receive notifications when:

  • Transaction is completed
  • Transaction is rejected transaction

Checkers/Approvers receive notifications:

  • Transaction requires approval
  • Transaction is completed
  • Transaction is rejected

Note: If push notifications are not being received, verify that notifications are enabled both on the mobile device and within the iBusiness Mobile App settings.
