Step 1: Log in to iBusiness and navigate to Accounts & Enquiries >> Relationship Summary
Step 2: Under Accounts, go to the Account Number where the Debit / Credit Advice needs to be retrieved
- Click on the Ellipsis Button / Three Dot Button and select Account Activity
Step 3: Select the Account Number and the Applicable Search Period then click on Submit
- After clicking submit, the transaction details will display below
- Click on the download button to get your credit/debit advice
Step 4: Select the Account Number and the Applicable Search Period then click on Submit
- After clicking submit, the transaction details will display below and you can download in either PDF, Text or CSV.
