To unlock an administrator, follow these steps:
After failing to enter the TOTP 3 times, the account is locked.
Step 1: Click Unlock Corporate Admin User
Step 2: Enter Username.
Step 3: Enter the 4 digits prior to the last number of the phone number linked to that account.
Step 4: Enter OTP sent to the linked phone number.
Step 5: Account is successfully unlocked, click “Back to Homepage” to be redirected to the login page where the user is able re-login successfully.
